This is one of the best tools I have ever found for processing and healing a person’s trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD tendencies, suicidality, sadness, anger, etc.
We are taught at a young age to focus on mental and physical health (go to school, stay active) and even more so now-a-days spiritual (meditate) but we were never taught how to truly process our emotions.In these sessions expect the unexpected.
