Hi, my name is Kiley :)
I am a dedicated practitioner of health and wellness.
For the past decade I have held many roles for my students and clients.
I am a spiritual mentor and wellness coach, relaxation teacher, self-care expert, energy medicine trainer, juice queen, and advocate for freedom, love and prosperity.
Right now my highest joy is skateboarding along the ocean in the sunshine and snuggling with my polar bear of dog, Miss Santa Fe.

I have always found inspiration in living free from pain, learning how to increase love, joy and well-being in my own life, and that of my students.
I am a self care specialist and a feel good enthusiast dedicated to bringing peace, love and JOY to our lives...bringing us all back to our truest selves and (highest) purposes.
I live a lot of lives and play a lot of roles for people.
To some I am their trauma therapy coach literally helping and fighting for them to stay on earth and guide them back to their true presence and power.
To some I am their spiritual mentor and wellness coach, teaching ways of healing ancestral traumas, how to feel better in their body, and teaching techniques for peaceful happy living so they can have the tools to do that for themselves.
To some I am their relaxation teacher, meditation, yoga and body therapy go-to.
To some I am their trainer to be certified to teach energy medicine, reiki, and healing sciences.
To some I am their Juice Queen, inspiring them to get on the vibrancy train and heal their lives and relationship with food as medicine.
Whatever I may be to people, I hope I can be of service to you as well on this magical wild ride of life.
My trainings and education expand far beyond my certificates in Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Therapeutic Yoga, Sports Medicine, Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping and Reiki.
With a background in teaching self care for athletes, yoga for at risk youth, yoga and meditation at conscious music festivals and gatherings, one on one private classes, groups and events, there is no age or ability that is turned away from my classes, all are welcome.
